Almost 8 in 10 small businesses surveyed are using data to make smarter decisions and another 8% wish they were, according to a survey from Constant Contact. With the majority feeling that data can help them find new customers (73%), retain existing customers (67%) and improve the customer experience (65%), the survey takes a look at the types of data being used.
