Asked to identify the top-3 of 11 areas of improvement, 44% of mobile device owners (smartphones and tablets) cited unique savings or discounts, followed closely by 39% wanting the ability to get help when needed. Other popular responses included ease of viewing items (34%), fast loads of information (33%) and the ability to check store inventory and/or pick up item at store (34%).
