Mobile games have emerged as the channel of choice for video game players, according to a 2013 survey from research and consulting firm Frank N. Magid Associates. In a survey of US internet users, the company found that over two-thirds of web users played video games, and of that group, 53% did so weekly on a smartphone, tablet or other mobile device.
