Customer Satisfaction With Financial Services Sector, 2013 vs 2014 [CHART]

Customers continue to be report significantly higher satisfaction rates with credit unions (an index score of 85 on a 100-point scale) than with banks (76), according to the ACSI’s latest report on the industry. As for insurance, life (80) and property and casualty (79) carriers outperform health insurance carriers (70) in satisfaction.
