80% of mobile web users across 6 countries report having recommended a brand based on its mobile site experience, according to a Netbiscuits survey. Respondents in the emerging markets tracked – China (95%), India (95%), and Brazil (91%) – were the most likely to have made such a recommendation, with those in developed markets – US (72%), UK (67%), and Germany (63%) – least likely to have done so.
