Primary Network Used For Social Logins, Q3 2014 [CHART]

Q3 2014 data from LoginRadius, taken from the firm’s social platform that powers social logins and sharing, found that Facebook was the primary social network ID used for social logins, at 56% of social networkers worldwide. No. 2 Google+ came in at 24%, and Twitter grabbed 12%. No other site studied claimed more than 3% of the total.

While PCs remained the most common devices for social logins, with a 67.4% share of total logins via the LoginRadius platform, this was down from 71% in the previous quarter. Android and iOS devices were the second and third most preferred, rising to 13.7% and 10.1% of the total, respectively. Other mobile devices didn’t show impressive results: Just 0.3% of social logins came from BlackBerry devices, and 0.1% took place via Windows Phones. Macs grabbed the remaining 8.5% of the total. Read the rest at eMarketer.
