Positive & Negative Brand Interactions On Social Media, Q1 2014 [CHART]

Is Twitter the most positive social network around? Users around the world might tell you yes—at least when it comes to how they interact with brands.

A Q1 2014 study by Converseon analyzed direct user interactions with 20 leading global brands and found that 55% of those that took place on Twitter were positive in nature, with an additional 25% neutral.
