I finally got around to putting HootSuite Pro services through the paces but after only a couple of days, it’s too early to render a final verdict. It has taken some adjustment to my workflow to get the most out of it, but I like what I see so far.
Today they introduced HootSuite Social Analytics, which includes more than 30 report modules, like tracking Twitter brand mentions, measuring Twitter profile follower growth, examining Facebook Likes and demographics, and overlaying social link clicks and website visits from Google. I haven’t had a chance to play with them yet, but here’s a video preview. Found at Vimeo from hootsuite.
